The light and spacious breakfast room looks out over the rear garden, across adjacent fields and down to the sea; for Harvest House looks down over some of the most famous sailing waters in the world. Weekends are often a mass of colour as yachts fly their huge spinnakers and jostle for position racing round the buoys.
