Hand picked we confess so we are pretty confident that you will enjoy any one of the following all within a radius of 12 miles...
more about eating nearby »
The Crown at Everton: Only a mile away
The Mill at Gordleton: Three miles tops
The East End Arms: Across the causeway at Lymington (our very favourite). Sarah keeps us a roast on a Sunday, usually a busy day in the life of a New Forest B & B.
The Red Lion: Boldre. Nice drive out. One of our classic car favourites.
The Haven: Lymington. Lunches mmmm...! Don't tell anyone else please!!! (also, not expensive!)
Whitley Ridge: Brockenhurst
Fra Noi: Lyndhurst. Recently opened Italian Trattoria. Yet to try but great reports.
Chewton Glen: New Milton. Not a cheap option, but satisfaction is almost guaranteed... And for lunch, if you steer clear of the wines, really a brilliant experience. Where else can I drive up with my e-type (you remember, the red one,) and trust someone else to park her whilst I go in with my friends for lunch?
The Hare and Hounds: Sway (close by) Always friendly
AND there are loads more in and around the immediate area. Unfortunately we just don't have the time to try more than a very few but we value your feed back if you find a jewel of a place.
