A very vegan February in the New Forest

Bed and breakfasts have been around for hundreds of years, having originally started out as places for travellers to sleep whilst on their journeys. Today, they have evolved into high class establishments that rival hotels; ours is no exception. With three brilliant rooms to choose from and an unrivalled personal service, we are confident once you stay with us we’ll be your first choice bed and breakfast in the New Forest every time you visit in the future.

Since we welcome visitors with all kinds of interests we make it a point to keep up to date on all the happenings i the area. This means that we can offer suggestions for days out to our guests.

During October of last year, the first but highly successful ‘Let’s Cook Vegan’ event took place. Another is set to start on the 11th February. Everyone is welcome but if you have a particular interest in veganism or in plant based diets, then you should definitely consider going.

Experienced vegan cooks Juliet Lynn and Richard Barnett will talk everyone through preparing a three course meal. They will be providing information and tips, and answering any questions. Once the cooking is all done, you’ll get the chance to sit down and enjoy your the food.

It’s all very hands on here, with the prepping and cooking being shared amongst everyone. The event gives you a chance to learn and to socialise with others who share your interests. It will take place in Minstead at the Study Centre and 15 spaces are available altogether, so book straight away if you’d like to participate.

At Harvest House Bed and Breakfast you won’t soon forget your time here after you witness the captivating environment and get involved in all the intriguing events that take place locally in the New Forest.
